Refund policy
Last updated 29 October 2026.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If AdminSmith is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment for a plan within 14 days of that payment. No reason is needed. This applies once for each tool, and once for the All tools plan.
Try the free trial first: it lets you test every tool for 7 days without paying anything.
2. Renewals, cancelling and switching
- Monthly renewals after your first payment are not refunded. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- When you switch between Starter and Pro, Paddle charges or credits the difference for the rest of the month straight away.
- When you delete your account, your plans end straight away. The rest of the month is not refunded, unless you are still within the 14 days above or the law requires it.
3. Costs charged by other providers
What you pay your own providers, such as your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google), Twilio, Meta or your email provider, is between you and them. We cannot refund those charges; ask the provider.
4. If something does not work
If a tool does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the affected period, also after the 14 days.
5. How to ask for a refund
- Write to support@adminsmith.com or use our contact form from the email address of your account.
- Tell us which plan you want refunded. The order number from Paddle’s receipt email helps.
- We reply within 2 working days. Once we approve it, Paddle pays the refund to the card or account you paid with. When it shows on your statement depends on your bank.
You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. Paddle.com is our reseller and the Merchant of Record for all orders, so refunds are paid by Paddle under its buyer terms.
When a plan is refunded, it ends straight away. The tool then works as after a trial: your data stays, and you can choose a plan again later or delete it.
6. Your legal rights
If you buy as a consumer, you also have the rights your local law and Paddle’s buyer terms give you, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK where it applies. This policy adds to those rights and does not limit them.
