Up and running in three steps
Create your account
Sign up with your email, as a business or for yourself. Every tool is open for 7 days.
Add what the tool needs
Your website address, your invoices, a bank statement or your opening hours. Each screen tells you what to fill in, and every guide has pictures of each step.
Let it run
Checks, reminders, renewal alerts and replies to customers happen on their own. You get an email when something needs you.
Why it costs less than you expect
No markup on messages
Reminders and invoices go from your own mailbox. Texts, WhatsApp messages and AI replies use your own Twilio, WhatsApp Business and AI accounts, at their prices. We add nothing on top.
Pay per tool
Try everything for 7 days, then keep only the tools you use. Monthly plans, cancel any time.
Plain language
Every screen says what to do next, and every option is explained in our step-by-step guides.
Built for the rules
Accessibility checks against WCAG, e-invoices validated against EN 16931, and an AI receptionist that says it is an AI.

Questions
Do I have to buy all five tools?
No. The free trial includes all of them so you can try each one. After the trial you choose a plan only for the tools you want to keep; the others pause and your data stays until you delete it.
Why do I connect my own email account?
So reminders and invoices come from your own address and your customers reply to you. For texts, WhatsApp and AI replies you also use your own Twilio, Meta and AI accounts, at their prices, without our markup. Our connections guide shows every step with pictures and short videos.
Do I need a ChatGPT subscription for the AI receptionist?
No. A ChatGPT Plus subscription does not include what the receptionist needs. It uses an API key, which you create at OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) or Google Gemini and pay per use, usually with prepaid credit you top up yourself. You choose the provider and set your own spending limit there. The AI section of our guide shows each step.
Can I use it as a private person?
Yes. When you sign up, choose that you sign up for yourself; no business name is needed. The subscription tracker and the accessibility checker are popular with private users.
Is my data safe?
Passwords are hashed and the keys for your connected accounts are encrypted. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, never sell data and never use your data to train AI. See our privacy policy and data processing agreement.
Who handles payment and invoices?
Payments run through Paddle, our reseller, which also issues your invoice and handles VAT and sales tax for your country. You can cancel any time.
Does a good accessibility score mean my site is legally compliant?
No. Automated checks find many common problems, but some things need a person to judge. Use the report to fix what can be found automatically, then review the rest by hand.
